Indian Ambassador bids farewell to Culture Minister
(KPL) Indian Ambassador Mr Suresh Kumar Goel, on 1 March, paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Mounkeo Oraboun, Minister of Information and Culture, to bid farewell at the end of his diplomatic mission in Laos.
During the meeting, the Information Minister congratulated the outgoing Indian Ambassador for contributing to stepping up the relations and co-operation between the Lao PDR and India.
Mr. Mounkeo Oraboun also wished his Indian guest good success in his new mission and a good trip home.
The outgoing ambassador thanked Mr. Mounkeo Oraboun and Lao officials at all levels for providing support and facilitation which helped him fufil his diplomatic duties in Laos.
He also reaffirmed his continuing support for the strong relations and co-operation between India and the Lao PDR.
