Savannakhet urged to focus on market-oriented production

(KPL) Vice President, Mr Bounnhang Vorachith, has urged leading officials of Savannakhet province to pay attention to the market-oriented production, especially rice plantation, to improve living condition of local people.

He also asked them to ensure the national defence and public security in the province.

Mr. Bounnhang talked to the participants of the 17th general meeting of Party Executive Board of Savannakhet province on March3.

He said that the leading officials at all levels in the province should determine the poverty reduction plan based on the socio-economic potentials in the province.
