Phongsaly governor inspects village development cluster building in Bounneua district

(KPL) Mr. Khamsan Souvong, Governor of Phongsaly province recently inspected the village development cluster building of Ban Yor, Bounneua district. He was warmly received by district chief and its people.
Mr. Maikhan Innam, head of Ban Yor village development cluster has highlighted the progress of village development cluster building, especially its social-economic development activities, political affairs, national defense and security.
Mr. Khamsan expressed congratulations to all authorities of the district for their great efforts and contribution to the social-economic development of the district. He also stressed some significant points to the local leaders to pay attention for, particularly the strengthening of their unity among themselves, implementing their own resolutions as well as the policies of the party , laws and regulations of the state.
On this occasion, Mr. Khamsan visited Ban Somboun and Ban Namhoy to advise local residents on living condition improvements. He also presented three boxes of cloths and some educational materials to people in said villages.
