Khokaodor supports 739 million kip for electricity installation

(KPL) The villagers of Khokaodor village cluster, Sanakham district, Vientiane province, have invested over 739 million kip of their own fund in the electricity installation in their village cluster. Khokaodor is a cluster of six villages with 869 households.
Mr. Done Lasvong, director of the Energy and Mining office of Sanakham district, said that the installation of electricity to this area has started since December last year by a private company and so far the construction of low voltage electricity network of 22 KV with 1,690 m has already completed
Mr. Done added that the electricity installation has now finished for two villages with 179 households, while the rest of the villages are expected to be completely installed at the end of this May.
