Sayaboury provinces urged to build village and village development cluster

(KPL) The northern province of Sayaboury has been urged to work more hardly to build a number of village and village development cluster in order to improve the living condition of the local people.
The statement was issued during the working visit to the Sayaboury province last week of Mr. Thongbanh Sengaphone, Minister of Public Security who is also Secretary of the Party Central Committee.
Mr. Thongbanh has emphasized to all leading officials of the province to pay attention on strengthening the unity among people, improving the party cell working system and to build more village and village development cluster.
He said that the village development cluster building is a part of strategy affairs of the party and government to mobilize people to participate in all activities set by government for its social-economic development.
