Foreign Minister receives ASEAN guests in Savannakhet

(KPL) Dr. Thongloun Sisoulith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, on 12 January welcomed the ASEAN foreign ministers and ASEAN Secretary General in Savannakhet province.
The ASEAN foreign ministers and ASEAN Secretary General gathered in Savannakhet province to see the readiness of the road in Laos’s part for the Asean integration and then took a bus from Savannakhet to the central city of Da Nang in Vietnam.
While in the central Lao province, the ASEAN guests visited the Savan- SENO special economic development zone, the second Lao-Thai Friendship bridge and some historical, cultural and social-economic development sites in Savannakhet.
