People’s Prosecution Institute celebrates 20th anniversary in Phongsaly

(KPL) A ceremony was held recently in Phongsaly province to mark the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the People’s Prosecution Institute.
Speaking about the significance of the day, Mr. Bounmay Hongvilaychit, Head of the Prosecutor General Office of Phongsaly province, touched on the role of the institute in monitoring and ensuring uniform observance of the constitution and other laws of the country, and therefore its role in ensuring the efficiency of the legal system in the protection of the state’s institutions and individual citizens.
On this occasion, two Labour medals second class and certificates of congratulation were also presented to outstanding officials.
