LPRP high-ranking delegation visits Cambodia
(KPL) A high-ranking delegation of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party led by Mr Phandouangchith Vongsa, member of the LPRP Central Committee, left here on 18 August on a working visit to Cambodia.
A three-day working visit to Cambodia is in implementation of the bilateral cooperation agreement on exchange visit between the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and the Cambodian People's Party. This aims to enhance the long-standing traditional friendship, solidarity and cooperation between the two parties.
During the visit, Mr Phandouangchith who is also Head of the Propaganda and Training Board of the Party Central Committee, and his delegation will work with Cambodian leading officials of the Cambodian People’s Party to exchange experience on general condition of each party.
They will discuss and share points of view, emerging issues in the region and the world over of mutual interests. The Cambodia trip will take the Lao delegates to some economic development grassroots and archaeological sites in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
