Local company furthers aid Ketsana victim in Attapeu

(KPL) Mekong Rice Group Limited has presented 10 tonnes of rice worth 100 million kip to flood victims in southernmost province of Attopeu where they had suffered from the Ketsana tropical storm.
The handover ceremony was held at the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, on 19 January.
The aid package was presented by the Consultant of Mekong Rice Group, Mr. Phonesay Chalernsouk, to the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Welfare, Mr. Laoly Faiphengyoua.At the same day, the Labour and Social Welfare Service of Luang Namtha also presented 35 million kip in cash the victims of Ketsana tropical storm in Attopeu province.
The money was presented by the Head of Labour and Social Welfares Service of Luang Namtha, Mr. Thongkhoun Amphengphay to the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Welfare, Mr. Laoly.
