Oudomsay teachers learn lessons from Japan

 (KPL) Twenty-four teachers from Oudomsay province have learnt Japanese model of learning and teaching to develop the education system in Laos.

A two-day training course held at the Provincial Education and Sports Division last year.

The participants have learnt preparing for teaching lesson, properly transfer knowledge to students and teaching technique, which the students are the centre, according to an official from Provincial Education and Sports Division.

Twelve teachers have come from four primary schools and the rest from four secondary schools in the province.

This training course has not only improved education in Laos but also improved knowledge and teachers’ capacity.

The training course was supported 20 million kip by Japanese International Cooperation Agency in Laos and additional fund of Luang Prabang college.
