Thipvaly and Quest colleges turn out over 350 students

(KPL ) Three hundred and fifty students have graduated with higher diplomas, Bachelor of Arts in finance and accounting, English and IT management from two sister colleges, Thipvaly and Quest.

The two colleges held a graduation ceremony at the International Cooperation and Training Centre (ICTC), Vientiane Capital, on 21 August.

Deputy Minister of Education, Mr. Lytou Bouapao, Director of the two colleges, Mr Phonthip Viravongsa, graduates, family members of the graduates and officials were at the graduation ceremony.

“To translate into reality the policies on education and for the Party and government to reduce the poverty of the Lao people, there is a need to take into serious consideration the need to fine tune education so as to produce world class graduates, and in doing so give a big boost to the quality of human resources in Laos,” said Deputy Minister of Education, Mr. Lytou Bouapao.
