Laos presents Friendship medal to outgoing Chinese Ambassador

(KPL) On behalf of the Lao government, Dr Thongloun Sisoulith, Deputy Prime Minister, presented a Friendship medal to the Chinese Ambassador to Laos, Mr Pan Guangxue, who was ending his three-year diplomatic mission in Laos.

Dr Thongloun Sisoulith who is also Minister of Foreign Affairs, congratulated and thanked Mr Pan Guangxue for fostering the good relations and cooperation between Laos and China.

The presentation was witnessed by high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and officials from the local embassy of China in Vientiane on 24 February.
