Ministry of Information and Culture core carders learn Marxist-Leninist theories

(KPL) The National Organisation for the Study of Politics and Administration in cooperation with the Ministry of Information and Culture organised a training course on studying policy and public administration for core cadres of the Ministry.
Open on 22 January, the training was held at the Mass Media Institute in Vientiane and drew 36 core carders of the ministry. The training will last till March26.
Present at the opening ceremony also included Dr. Bosengkham Vongdala, Deputy Minister of Information and Culture.
This training course is designed to upgrade knowledge of core cadre officials by making them to understand Marxist-Leninist political theories and the materialization of Party and government’s guidelines and legal instruments on various areas.
