Lao teachers trained on developing agricultural machinery repairing curriculum
(KPL) The Vocational Education Department, Ministry of Education in cooperation with the Lao-German Technical School and the La Francophonie held a training course on the development of curriculum on agricultural machinery repairing.
The trainees are from the Department of Vocational Education, Ministry of Education, technical schools and colleges in Vientiane Capital and provinces of Vientiane, Luang Prabang, Khammouane, Savannakhet and Champassak.
Supported by the La Francophonie, the training course is being held till September 10, 2010.
Also present at the opening ceremony of the training were Deputy Director of the Vocational Education Department, Mr. Phouvieng Phoumilay, Director of the Lao-German Technical School, Mr. Douangchay Douangboupha.
Trainers at the training course are Mr. Luc Moitroux from the Francophone Regional Centre in Asia- Pacific (CREFAP), Mr. Serg Cote and Mr. Jean Turgean from Quebec City in Canada.
